An AI chatbot for your site

Short answer

We build a chatbot that reads your own pages and documents, answers from them, and when it has no answer says so rather than inventing one. It looks like part of your site, not a bolted-on widget, and its most important button is “talk to a person”. It makes sense when the same questions repeat and the answers are written down.

01What such a chatbot does

And what it has to do to be trusted.

  • 01Answer only from your material — price list, terms, FAQs, product pages.
  • 02Say when it has no answer, and hand over a contact rather than a guess.
  • 03Hand the conversation to a person in one tap, with what was already said.
  • 04Leave a transcript — the cheapest research into what people ask.
  • 05Slovak and English, refreshing its knowledge from your site.

02How it differs from an ordinary bot

A scripted FAQ bot knows only what you typed into it. A bot on a general model with none of your data sounds confident and invents part of its answers — a price, a date, a condition.

Ours is in between: it has access only to your material, quotes from it, and is built to admit when it does not know. Not because it is the cleverest, but because its answers can be checked.

03How it goes and what it costs

We connect the bot to your content, tune the tone and look to your site, go through the first conversations and adjust what it should hand to a person. Deployment is days to a few weeks depending on how much material there is.

A standalone chatbot is much cheaper than a custom system and works as a first step while a larger project is still being decided.

Frequently asked

Where does the chatbot get its answers?
Only from your own pages and documents. It does not answer from the internet and is built to say when the answer is not in its material.
Can it connect to our system — orders, bookings, stock?
Yes, if the system has an API. Then it can give an order status or a free place in a class, not just what is written on the page.
Will the chatbot pretend to be a person?
No. When a visitor realises they were writing to a bot posing as an employee, you lose more trust than the saved answers were worth.
